    What do I do

    I know how difficult it can be to find someone you can trust to assist you to build your business – that’s why I've put myself out there; trustworthy, hard-working Virtual Assistant to help you.  I will take down your business/personal requirements, ensure I have the skill set, personality and availability you need and get working with you! Simple as that.

    How to work with a Virtual Assistant

    A Virtual Assistant works remotely – I never step foot in your office! I can undertake any task you require, provided I have the skills, information and software (where applicable) available to me online. Training on your individual programs is useful and demonstrates to me the way you’d like your tasks processed.

    I know you understand that I can’t/don’t work in your office or meet you for a coffee, as the business is virtual, and logistically, it’s often physically impossible. 

    What do you need to know

    When you first contact me. I will ask questions about you, your business and the tasks to be completed. I will also ask you for an approximation of how many hours you think these tasks might take (or how long these tasks currently take you to complete).

    Based on the answers you provide and your working style (and there are many), I will be honest if I am the right Virtual Assistant to suit you. If you’re happy, I will get to work! 

    Do I have to train my Virtual Assistant?

    Taking on a Virtual Assistant is like a new employee into your business, so you’ll need to spend some time coaching me in how you like your tasks completed.

    This may be as simple as a document with instructions, or an in-depth conversation.

    I have vast experience in EA/PA roles and am a super-fast learner so don’t be surprised , I will catch on faster than you expect!. Most clients find they spend around an hour or so on coaching, and then provide ongoing feedback/updates. 

    What can a Virtual Assistant do for me?

    Advancing technology means that you don’t need to hire a professional to sit in your office. Below is a list of tasks that I regularly carry out for our clients:

    • Taking incoming calls/scheduling bookings;
    • Updating the websites;
    • Updating your social media accounts and replying to customers;
    • Replying to your client’s enquiries via email;
    • Debt collection and accounts receivable tasks;
    • Data entry;
    • Calendar management;
    • Booking travel;
    • and much, much more!
    • I don’t undertake telemarketing, sales/marketing calls

    Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?

    Yes – this is part of the Service Agreement. It protects you and I and benefits all parties.

    How do you answer our telephone calls?

    I answer as if I am in your office. You can forward any phone to this number if you’re busy, so your calls don’t go unattended. 

    How can I hand over my email inbox to you?

    If you want me to manage your email inbox, it’s easy. If you’re already in the cloud ie. Gmail, we can simply log on throughout the day to action your Inbox. 

    What are your payment terms?

    I have a strict 7 day payment term. If payment is not received within the 7 days,  you may incur late fees and have your services suspended due to non-payment… 

    A booking fee will apply, which is generally around 50% of the estimated time costing. 

    What are my payment options?

    All the payment details you need will be on your invoice. Bank transfer is the most user friendly option!
